DIY: Homemade Deep Conditioner

Hello Ladies,

Hope you are all doing great.

I have tried this homemade conditioner for a while now and though I now use my own product line, I once a while use this.

Ingredients:
Mayonnaise - Normal one from the supermarket.
An egg
Honey - 1Tsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 1Tsp

Procedure:
Mix all ingredients together but remember the mayonnaise has to be an amount that will be enough for your hair.

Apply to already washed hair. So you can check out my post on homemade natural yogurt conditioner.

Leave the deep conditioner in your hair for about 45mins to an hour and rinse out. You can follow with a normal conditioner again and make sure your hair is properly washed.

Apply your leave-in conditioner and your natural oils.

Style as desired.
This is my deep conditioned hair.
This can be used on natural and relaxed hair types but it is advisable to use a moisturising conditioner after using the homemade ones. This is because the homemade conditioners strengthen the hair, so you need a balance.

An ideal shampoo will be an African Black Soap(Alata Samina), it is very gentle on hair and skin and does not contain Sodium Laureth Sulphate (SLES) or Sodium Lauryl Sulphate (SLS). These 2 toxic chemicals are found in 99.9% of all commercial shampoos. Check your shampoo and try googling them and you will know what I am talking about.

So ladies, if you have any question please don't hesitate to contact me @
jocelyn@sheabeutimia.co.uk. I am working with about 23 ladies now, helping them choose their products, how they can maintain their hairs etc.

I love what I do so it's a pleasure to help someone out there.
I pinned the front of my hair & added a hair accessory.
